Welcome to Zutsav (“we,” “our,” or “us”). This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases of puja samagri (pooja items) made through our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By using our Platform, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy, along with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

The Platform is owned, registered, and operated by Zutsav Private Limited, incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, and having its Registered Office at E-012, Assotech, The Nest, Crossing Republic, Ghaziabad, UP-201016, India.

2. Shipping Areas

Currently, we provide shipping services across India. We aim to expand our shipping reach in the future and will update this policy accordingly.

For pandit services, shipping is not applicable as services are rendered in person at the specified location.

3. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving the order confirmation. Processing includes order verification, quality check, and packing.

During festive seasons or sale periods, processing times may extend by 1–2 business days due to high order volumes. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.

4. Shipping Methods & Timelines

We partner with reliable courier services such as Delhivery, DTDC, Blue Dart, and others to ensure safe and timely delivery. The estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Metro Cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune): 3–5 business days
  • Other Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 5–7 business days
  • Tier 3 Cities & Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

Please note that these are estimated timelines and actual delivery may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, courier delays, or remote location accessibility.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the following factors:

  • Order Value: Free shipping on orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies.
  • Weight & Dimensions: For bulky or heavy items, additional charges may apply based on actual weight or volumetric weight.
  • Delivery Location: Shipping to remote or hard-to-reach areas may incur additional charges, which will be displayed at checkout.

All shipping charges are clearly displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS containing the tracking number and courier details. You can use this tracking number to monitor your order’s status on the courier’s website or through our Platform’s “Order History” section.

7. Delivery Instructions

To ensure smooth delivery, please ensure:

  • The shipping address provided is accurate, complete, and includes landmarks if necessary.
  • Someone is available at the delivery address during business hours to receive the package.
  • Your contact number is active and reachable for delivery updates.

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or contact failure, the courier will make up to two additional attempts. After three failed attempts, the order will be returned to us, and a reshipment fee may apply.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

We take utmost care in packaging your items to prevent damage during transit. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged package:

  • Do not accept the delivery if the package appears tampered with or severely damaged.
  • If damage is noticed after acceptance, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged package and items.
  • We will investigate and arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.

For lost shipments (where tracking shows no updates for more than 7 business days beyond the estimated delivery date), please contact us. We will coordinate with the courier and keep you informed. If the package is confirmed lost, we will reship your order or issue a full refund.

9. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Our services are limited to India. We will update this policy once international shipping becomes available.
